فولفو تقدم اول ايرباج خارجى (لحماية المشاة )

تعتبر عوامل الامان واحدة من اهم معايير تقييم السيارات حالياً وقد تم اضافة تقييم مدى تأثر المشاه بالاصطدام بالسياراة كاحد العوامل الاساسية فى تقييم مدى مطابقة السيارة لمعايير الامان وفى خطوة رائدة قدمت شركة فولفو- تقنية جديدة تساهم بشكل كبير فى تقليل عدد الاصابات او حالات الوفاه التى من الممكن ان تنتج عن حوادث التصادم
واستناداً على الابحاث وجد ان 75% من حوادث السير تحدث على متوسط سرعة 40 كم
لذا اعتمدت التقنية الجديدة على مجسات فى مقدمة السيارة تعمل على سرعات تتراوح بين 20 و 50 كم وفى حالة استشعار التصادم تقوم بفتح الاكياس الهوائية التى تغطى غطاء المحرك والواجهه الزجاجية لحماية المصاب

هذا ويذكر ان فولو سبق وقدمت العديد من وسائل حماية المشاه فى سياراتها منها نظام الفرملة الاوتوماتيكيه الذى يوقف السيارة تلقائياً فى حالة استشعار تصادم مع المشاه

ناس محترمة .... بجد انا كنت بفكر ان دى عنصرية من شركات السيارات تفكيرها بينصب فقط على حماية الراكب ( اللى بيشترى منهم ) ولا بيهتموا بفكرة حماية المشاه من اخطاء السائقين ... انما فولفو غيرت مفاهيمى يارب كل الشركات تنتهج نفس الطريق .... شكرا جزيلا على التقرير المميز كالمعتاد يا استاذ وائل

الموضوع ان فيه بلاد وحكومات محترمة بره بتحافظ على حياة البنى ادمين فعملت نظم ومعايير واختبارات تحدد بيها صلاحية كل عربيه تخش من حيث المطابقة لمعايير السلامة اللى هى تحطها بناء على التجارب والاختبارات والكلام ده من التسعينات ومن 2009 تم اعتماد (حماية المشاة) Pedestrian Safety كواحدة من اهم مقومات قياس امان السيارة
وحالياً المعايير تشمل كمان توفر انظمة الثبات وغيرها من الانظمة المكملة بالاضافة طبعاً لاختبارات التصادم الامامية والجانبية والخلفية وقياس تاثيرها على الركاب بمختلف اعمارهم
فاى عربيه من 2009 وما بعدها علشان تخش اوروبا مثلاً لازم تحصل على تقدير مقبول للمطابقة لمواصفات الامان كلها ومنها الامان للمشاه

وطبعاً فولفو كشركة رائدة زى ما قولت فى وسائل الامان اضافت التكنولوجيا ديه لتعزيز السكور فى عربياتها الجديدة

As of 2009, Euro NCAP only releases one overall star rating for each car tested with a maximum of five stars.
This overall safety rating is composed of scores in four areas: adult protection, child protection, pedestrian protection and safety assist. The overall score is calculated by weighing the four scores with respect to each other, while making sure that not one area is underachieving. The underlying dynamic tests are identical to those before 2009, except for the addition of a test for Whiplash neck injury protection in rear impact. Also, Euro NCAP now rewards not only Seatbelt reminders, but also Speed Limiters and the standard fitment of Electronic Stability Control.

For cars tested before 2009, Euro NCAP has released three ratings: adult protection, child occupant and pedestrian protection. The ratings for adult protection and child protection are achieved as a result of three impact tests that Euro NCAP carries out: frontal, side and pole test. Euro NCAP carries out a separate range of pedestrian tests to reach the score of the Pedestrian Rating. Euro NCAP chooses these types of tests to cover the range of accidents form some of the dominant causes of serious and fatal injuries. In addition, Euro NCAP rewards cars for having an intelligent seatbelt reminder as part of the adult protection rating. When buying a car tested before 2009, Euro NCAP advises you to take all three ratings into consideration.



A series of tests are carried out to replicate accidents involving child and adult pedestrians where impacts occur at 40kph (25mph). Impact sites are then assessed and rated fair, weak and poor. As with other tests, these are based on European Enhanced Vehicle-safety Committee guidelines


It is very difficult to assess pedestrian protection using a full dummy. Although it is possible to control the point of impact of the bumper against the pedestrian’s leg, it is impossible to control where the dummy’s head will subsequently strike. To overcome this problem, individual component tests are used. A Legform test assesses the protection afforded to the lower leg by the bumper, an Upper Legform assesses the leading edge of the bonnet and child and adult Headforms are used to assess the bonnet top area.
Protection can be improved with pedestrian friendly bumpers, which deform when they hit a pedestrian’s leg. Protection is improved if the leg is impacted low down, away from the knee, and if the forces are spread over a longer length of leg. For the leading edge of the bonnet, improvements can result from the removal of un-necessarily stiff structures. To protect the head, the bonnet top area needs to be able to deflect. It is important that sufficient clearance is provided above the stiff structures beneath, which would stop this deflection.
Euro NCAP released a separate star rating for pedestrian valid from 1997 to 2009. The pedestrian protection rating was based on the adult and child head form tests and the two legform tests. As of 2009, the pedestrian score has become integral part of the overall rating scheme, however the technical assessment has remained the same.
