Last year, among 20 other Geely concepts, it was the
Geely GT that stole the Beijing Auto Show. An original Chinese-designed coupe, it was over-the-top everywhere, but in a way that some felt came together very nicely. This year, it could be the Geely GT that steals the Shanghai Auto Salon -- even over
this car.
The next evolution of the GT ("Geely Tiger," which, yes, means it's the "Geely Geely Tiger") has butterfly doors, and "90% of the engineering problems" have been solved. Judging by the way Geely is talking and the way the car looks inside-and-out, the Chinese automaker is probably looking at a production run of this beastie, provided it gets enough positive feedback.
