Gran Turismo 5 finally recieves official U.S. release date

There are three major obsessions for the males of my generation: women, cars, and video games. Combining these elements often produces disastrous results. Put me near a sexy woman that’s into cars and I’ll melt into a puddle of poorly concealed erections and shattered speech patterns. Release a new Gran Turismo game and I’ll shirk all responsibilities for days to slowly fill a digital garage with cars I’ll never be able to afford and spend countless hours beating the digital hell out of them on circuits I’ll never visit. It happened five-and-a-half years ago with GT4 and it’s going to happen again on November 2, 2010

Rejoice my comrades; Sony announced an official release date for Gran Turismo 5 today at annual video game expo E3. GT5 will be released in the United States on November 2, 2010. If you don’t have a PS3 yet, start saving now. The game features all the Gran Turismo standard features we know and love as well as vehicle damage (finally!), three Nürburgring circuits, and a playable 3D mode. Righteous
