renaukt expected car prices after custom discount 10% in 2011

i reserved renault duster for 120000 LE after while they told me that the price increased to 124000LE because of the government and i accepted. but after custom discount in january 2011 what is the expected price of duster car should be and will they commit to it or not? and what i should do if i found the price remain as it is
please any one advice me
