by the way, I think it is a common issue in some BYD F3 Auto cars (I have the car for about one year and 15000 KM and it happened only one time, that's why I am saying some cars not all cars ) because I heard about this problem from more than person at the agent during the maintenance

if the problem didn't solved at cairo agent, go to Alex branch I think they can handle it, sorry for typing in English but I don't have Arabic keyboard :)
