جزيرة سانتوريني هي جزيرة في جنوب بحر إيجة في أرخبيل كيكلاديس جنوب شرق اليونان. يبلغ عدد سكانها حوالي 13,670 نسمة.

تتكدس بيوتها المميزة بألوانها البيضاء والزرقاء على المنحدر البركاني، قيل بأنه قديماً كان سبباً في انهيار الحضارة المينوسية بعد انفجاره.
