Wide range spark plugs with prolonged change interval

The centre electrode is from nickel alloy filled with cooper core. Two or three ground electrodes of BRISK Extra spark plugs enable the spark-gap construction which is opened into combustion chamber. This improves mixture ignition in the initial phase of ignition and inhibits flame extinction caused by heat transfer from electrodes.
The use of more electrodes extends change interval up to 60.000 km. Length stability of electrode gap and stability of thermal properties for long operating time predestine these spark plugs for use on wide variety of both, most up to date engines and engines of older construction.

The Halo Spark Plug uses a unique and innovative concept that replaces the conventional single or newer multiple electrode designs with a single circular "HALO" design. The result is a revolutionary and exclusive 360° Firing Technology that generates rotating sparks at multiple points along the halo ring, igniting the air/fuel mixture much more quickly and efficiently.

Unlike conventional air gap spark plugs, which generate a short spark that travels in a direct path, the Halo uses more efficient surface air gap firing technology, which produces a longer, more powerful spark that arcs towards the ground electrode for maximum firing performance.

The patented "Halo Ring" design of the ground electrode provides optimal access to the air/fuel mixture and is instrumental in helping to improve combustion efficiency. Since the flame kernel is not blocked as in other spark plugs, it can travel upward through the ring into the combustion chamber, igniting the air/fuel mixture quicker than conventional spark plugs. This results in a more efficient combustion process, leading to improved fuel efficiency, enhanced engine performance, and reduced emissions.



The Halo's cutting-edge Firing Technology ignites the air/fuel mixture up to 30% faster than conventional spark plugs, resulting in a more efficient combustion (approximately 95% versus 75% for standard plugs) and maximum utilization of the energy contained in the fuel. In other words, more of the fuel is burned and converted into "work" before it is vented off by the exhaust valve.

This quicker initiation allows for a more complete burn of the fuel inside the combustion chamber. This yields more power from a given volume of fuel, resulting in an improvement in fuel economy of up to 10% (as shown in the trial results and testimonials, users often report MPG gains of 10 to 20%).


The more complete burn also reduces the amount of unburned Hydrocarbons, Carbon Monoxide, and Oxides of Nitrogen (NOx). As a result, harmful emissions are reduced by as much as 20%, making the Halo an environmentally friendly product.

In addition, both horsepower and torque are increased by up to 5%. Although a 5% increase in HP may not sound like a lot compared to superchargers and turbochargers, the Halo can instantly boost your horsepower for a fraction of the cost of other products. More Bang for Your Buck: Tests show that when the surface of the piston reaches top-dead-center (TDC) on the combustion stroke, the size of the flame front/head produced by the Halo Spark Plug is already six times the size of the flame front/head produced by conventional spark plugs. This means better fuel efficiency and more power.



Halo also features rotating sparks, which virtually eliminates point/gap erosion (and consequent degradation in performance - usually beginning at about 2,000 miles in standard plugs), reduces build up and increases wear resistance for an extended performance life. The multiple firing path performance characteristic of the Halo design resists plug fouling better, since alternate paths can be found in the event deposits begin to form on the center electrode. If these deposits occur on a standard plug in the most common firing location, it often inhibits or prevents firing, since another path is less likely to be found.
The center electrode is made of an Yttrium alloy, which has been used in spark plugs for racing cars for years. Yttrium is a rare-earth metal that provides remarkable protection against heat corrosion and surface erosion, further enhancing the Halo's service life and performance. Since Yttrium is much easier to mine, requiring only a fraction of the raw earth material necessary to produce a Platinum plug, it's a better choice for the environment.

Standard spark plugs must be gapped to ensure performance. This gapping is an inexact science at best and typically results in only one point of the standard side-wire electrode being at the properly specified distance from the center electrode. Gas prices have risen about 30% since February to a national average of $2.87 for a gallon of regular unleaded and will likely continue to climb towards the $3 level throughout the U.S. as demand continues to rise with the approach of summer.

الفاضل شكرا جزيلا لان هذا موضوع الساعة بالنسبة لى ولان معظم الناس لاتعرف هذا الصنف اشتريت منذ فترة بوجيهات NGK IRIDIUM والمفروض تعمل 60 الف كيلو ثمنهم 250 جنيها وبعد 16 الف ابتدات السيارة فى استهلاك عالى للبنزين واتصلت بالاستاذ عماد حبيب الذى قال لى على اجراءات سوف تتم فى الصيانة منها تغيير البوجيهات وطبعا لا اريد ان يفرض على التوكيل نوع من البوجيهات نحاس او لا اعرف مصنوعة باى تكنولوجيا واذا كنت فتحت انا عن موضوع عن الزيوت ارجو ان يستمر موضوعك على البوجيهات والانواع التى لم نسمع عنها وسوف اترك لسيادتك اختيار البوجيهات لسيارتى بحيث تكون اعلى اداء وارخص سعر وانا اعلم انه لوغاريتم خصوصا انا لم ادرس واعتقد ان هذا النوع امريكى وانا لست على استعداد لدفع 250 جنيها مرة اخرى فى بوجيهات ماتكملش 16 الف
