افتراضي 2011 De Tomaso Deauville Concept




At the 2011 Geneva Motor Show exhibition ago, automotive enthusiasts were treated with the arrival of the new De Tomaso, who had many we have seen over the last month. All the cars are “custom-built” and the assembly of the details is guaranteed by the manual skills of De Tomaso specialist craftsmen. Each De Tomaso Deauville is therefore unique and self-sufficient.



But luxury is not only enshrined in the traditional construction. In addition to designer Pininfarina, the car also has a leading high-tech ahead of its time. De Tomaso Deauville Univis is produced using the innovative technology in the sense that the body is assembled using extruded aluminum profiles connected by cross members pressed, cut and welded by a laser. This new technology developed and patented by IAI (Innovation in Automobile Industry), the parent company of the De Tomaso, enables dramatically the time and investment needed to design a car to decrease because the number of molds can be drastically reduced to a few tens .

The Pininfarina team has discussed the design of the De Tomaso Deauville first making a historical analysis of the mark De Tomaso, and focused on the design elements that characterized the previous models like the Mangusta and Pantera. The challenge was to create a completely new type of car and without loss of this important heritage, but firmly to avoid turning into an exercise in nostalgia.



The result is a car that has no equal in the car on the market today. A sporty, seductive room of considerable size (height 1,630 mm, length 5080 mm, width 1950 mm), with clean and elegant lines, a strong character and unique sporting and a feeling for the driver appears to be a pleasant driving experience, but performance, safety, space, comfort and all the options you would expect on a luxury sedan.
