المشاركة الأصلية كتبت بواسطة waleed116 شباب ... محدش تعب من الوضع السئ الي احنا فيه !!!!!! ايه المشكله لما تبعت شكوي الي الشركه الام والوكيل بسؤ خدمه الصيانه ... واكيد حيتم النظر في الشكوي دي لانها اكيد اكيد حتاثر علي ارقام مبيعات السياره .. لو سمحتم بطلو سلبيه ومحدش خلانا في الوضع الي احنا فيه الا السلبيه . يارايت احد الشباب القانونيين يقدر يكتب لينا صيغه الشكوي واسم الفرع السئ مع مراعاه امكانيه تغير اسم الفرع لاي عميل ... شكرا ...

I’m very glad to be one of Skoda car owner.

I choose your car after a big comparing between your car and other cars ,as I trust your company and your engineer and you as a member of VW group one of the biggest car maker all over the world I choose your car ,and really it’s considered piece-of-the art.

I own “type your car model” and it’s considered to be expensive in Egypt and I think I deserve a good after sailing service.

Your agency in Egypt is Artoc auto has problems when dealing with the customer as follows:

1-The service center is too small and in very crowded area so the customer have to wait for long time to make his maintenance so I think a new service center is needed, a modern new center like Honda, Toyota , Huyndai service center

2-Not all spare part are exist so some spare part the engineer tells the customer to buy it by him self .

3-Arto auto. Has service center has no branches in other city its only one center in Cairo and as I mentioned before its small one but it has a number of certified service centers and the spare parts price and the service cost are not the same plus the engineer are not qualified like Artoc auto service center engineer, so I think there is a need to have a service centers in many city direct belong to your only agent in Egypt Artoc auto.

4-Because there are a large number enter Aroc auto service center everyday so the engineer and the technician have to do a lot of work in a short time so a lot of mistakes happened like a customer go to check his car because he have a problem he leave the center and realized the problem not solved and he has to go again to the service center that’s mean he waste his time.





I’m really trust your car and your company and I know as you do a lot of efforts to make this car, you will do the same to make your customer satisfied and become very grateful to be one of the Skoda owner family

انا بروح توكيل الشرقاوي جروب اللي في جوزيف تيتيو عند المطار
مستواهم متوسط مش محترف لكن الاقرب لي
للاسف لا يلتزموا ببنود الصيانة الدورية يعنى مثلا مايكشفوش على الانوار لو انت ما اشتكتش منها
اعتقد ده حال معظم التوكيلات لان ما فيش تفتيش حقيقي عليها
يا ريت لو منتدى مصر موتورز يكون فريق باسم الموقع لبحث حالة كل التوكيلات
اعتقد ده هيكون عمل مهم لخدمة اعضاء الموقع وللموقع نفسه وانا عندي استعداد اشترك في الفريق ده لاني بالمناسبة مهندس سيارات اساسا عين شمس

فكرة تقييم التوكيلات من خلال المنتدى جميلة وخاصة ان معظم التوكيلات حالتها وحشة جدا .

انا بتعامل مع وهدان فرع العجوزة والغريب ان الحاجة ما تتعملش كويس الا اذا دفعت للفنى والذى يتفق مع المهندسين على المعلوم هذا والله يحدث بالفعل .
