نزل على موقع kiatechinfo.com ده موقع لشركه كيا متخصص فى المشاكل التقنيه لهذه السيارة للى ميعرفوش يعنى...نزل عليه Service action بإصدار تاريخه November 2011 خاص بالمشكله دى للتكيف و علاجها , كود الService Action (ENG 109) و حلالمشكلة دى هو عمل تحديث لسوفتوير وحده الECM وده لسيارات Cerato او Forte حتى انتاج 31/10/2011 و الخطوات مكتوبه خطوة بخطوة للتحديث...ياترى الوكيل هيستجيب او المهندسين اللى عنده هيعرفوا يعملوا ده....أشك
ECM software upgrade for some Forte that may
experience A/C performance concerns. For confirmation that the latest reflash has been done
to a vehicle you are working on, verify ROM ID using the tables in this TSB. To ensure
maximum customer satisfaction Kia is requesting the completion of this Service Action on all
affected 2012MY Forte/Forte Koup vehicles prior to delivery.
For vehicles not on the Affected Vehicles List, but with a customer concern related to A/C
performance issues, perform the following procedure outlined in this bulletin and submit a
warranty claim per "customer concern" (Standard TSB) claim information on page 6.
