ينتج سيارات البى أم دبليو والسيارة الصينية وتسع خطوط الإنتاج بالمصنع لإنتاج 10000 سيارة
الآن أن حجم الإنتاج لا يتجاوز 4000 سيارة في عام 2006

والإنتاج الفعلي لسيارات البى أم في مصر لا يتجاوز 2000 سيارة من طرازات

BMW: 523i, 318i, 520i

وفى عام 2006 بدء إنتاج الفئة السابعة بحجم إنتاج 600 سيارة من ذلك الطراز ويتوقع أن يكون حجم الإنتاج من السيارات البى أم الفاخرة 2500 سيارة في عام 2008
















وينتج السيارة الصينية بريلينس جالينيا وبرسلينس اسبلندرو
والعربية الجيب الهندية ماهيندرا وهو ما يرفع حجم الإنتاج إلى ما يقرب من 5000 سيارة سنويا من كافة الأنواع السابقة عموما المصنع يتجه حاليا للتصدير للاستغلال فائض قدراته التي لا تستوعب محليا
نظرا للمنافسة من مرسيدس وجاجور وبورش وغيرها من طرازات الرفاهية
























بعد اختبار السوق ونجاح تسويق FRV محليا متوقع انتاجها ليكتمل شريحة منتجات الشركة البافرية بانتاج سيارة فى الفئة السعرية 75000 جنية













ستقوم الشركة بطرح سيارات رياضية كما فى مخططها عام 2009 لكن الازمه المالية ستعوق ذلك غالبا

1. Mahindra Scorpio in Brazil and Egypt:

Rolling out the twp millionth vehicle, Mahindra and Mahindra is expanding its presence in the overseas market. M&M plans to assemble its products in Brazil and Egypt.
* M&M will set up a utility vehicle assembly plant in Brazil in tie-up with local partner, Bramont. M&M’s Brazil lant will be commissioned by November. Initially, 5,000 completely knocked-down kits (CKDs) of Scorpios will be assembled at the facility, which will be scaled up to 10,000 a year. An investment of $10 million will be made by the local partner as part of phase I, while M&M will provide the necessary technical support. Bramont will distribute the scorpios through a chain of 30 dealers appointed in the first year of its operations. The Brazilian facility will take care of distribution and sales in the MERCOSUR region comprising countries such as Uruguay, Paraguay, Argentina and Brazil.
* In Egypt, M&M will assemble Scorpios under the CKD operation with local partner Bavarian Motors.The operations are likely to commence by the end of the current fiscal. Initially, the production capacity will be 4,000 units, to be scaled up to 10,000-12,000 units eventually.
