Job Description
1-Greet, assist and / or direct visitors to the appropriate staff. 2-Answer all incoming calls and handle callers inquires whenever possible. 3-Redirect calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required. 4- Open and data stamp all general correspondences. 5- Sending faxes and emails. 6- Provide secretarial support whenever needed. 7- Perform the other related duties as required.
