Microcar nut — er, enthusiast — Perry Watkins is at it again: he's built a street-legal auto from a children’s coin-operated amusement ride. Watkins, who holds the record for the world’s lowest car, claims his micro machine is the world’s smallest car, and we don’t doubt it. His Lilliputian ride is 51 inches long, 39 inches tall and just 26 inches wide.
