Curvy outside, exceptional inside
The M’s big new body is curvy, detailed, and adorned with a tastefully restrained amount of chrome jewellery. It’s chubby and voluptuous in its own sexy sort of way—but photos won’t do it justice. Check this one out in person, folks.

Ultimately though, it’s the M56x’s interior that should prove to be its most valuable asset. Rich, upscale and extremely detailed, touches like silver-rubbed wood, aluminum and a plethora of textures and colors greet the eyes and hands throughout.

Fit and finish borders on perfect in most areas—and just try to lay your fingertips on a surface that isn’t gorgeous to the touch. While running his hand over the centre armrest, one of your writer’s passengers stopped suddenly, and proceeded to ask “WOW, have you felt this? Man! Is that ever soft”!

Extra points for the uniquely-stitched door panels and seats, the suede roof liner, and the silky leather-wrapped steering wheel.

This level of gratuitous elegance was relegated to the world of concept car cabins not so many years ago, and most living rooms don’t pack furniture this nice.
