From few days ago KIA agent in Egypt has announced in newspapers that they will no longer responsible and will not maintenance for any KIA cars models that not imported by him, i.e. any car from Gulf such as Saudi Arabia, Kuwait
This is affecting the your reputation here in Egypt, plus such action will decrease the sales, and will affect directly customer satisfaction and loyalty towards your company
My Car is Saudi specs and they refused to give me my regular maintenance
What is needed from you respectable company to advice how can we perform our regular maintenance while your formal agents refused to do it to us
