The price of the 2012 LaCrosse eAssist was made public by Buick and very soon it will go on sale in USA. The model has a 3.6-liter V6 engine that has different valve timing, direct fuel injection, E85 capabilities and it has a better fuel economy on the highways.
The 3.6-liter engine of the 2012 LaCrosse eAsist can deliver 303 horsepower and 264 lb. ft. of torque. This means it delivers extra 23 horsepower in comparison with current model. This is not all, as Buick is looking for selling an all-wheel-drive version, but first thing's firs. The performance was not tested yet so the carmaker will have to wait a little.
The model features 17-inch alloy wheels, Bluetooth and USB options and also an 8-inch touch screen. The fuel consumption goes up to 37 mpg on the highway.
The price of the Buick LaCrosse eAsist without the 860 USD representing the destination charge goes up to 29,960 USD.
