Fiat will also lend a hand in developing a business plan to present to the US Treasury; bringing to bear experience gained through the Italian auto giant's own restructuring. Overnight, Chrysler gets access to a range of small, fuel-efficient cars that are nothing like what is currently offered in Pentastar showrooms. Fiat's engineering will be ported over to some Chrysler manufacturing sites, keeping the plants busy and offering both brands ample capacity for the parts they will need to build cars. <br /><br />For its efforts, Fiat will get a 35 percent equity interest in Chrysler, and it's a way for the Italian automaker to re-enter the American market incognito, while lending Chrysler the small, efficient cars it's sorely lacking. The partnership will go the other way, as well, with Chrysler vehicles gaining access to other markets through Fiat's distribution muscle. The UAW is on board, as are CEOs Marchionne and Nardelli. أعلنت شركة كرايسلر عن تحالف استراتيجي بينها و بين شركة فيات يسمح بالتواصل بين كل شركة و منتجات و أسواق الشركة الأخري.

وستقدم فيات يد المساعدة في وضع خطة عمل تقدم إلى وزارة الخزانة ؛ لتسخير الخبرة المكتسبة من خلال الشركة الايطالية العملاقة للسيارات الخاصة بإعادة الهيكلة، و بذلك فإنه بين عشية وضحاها ، استطاعت كرايسلر الحصول على مجموعة سيارات صغيرة ذات كفاءة عالية في استهلاك الوقود من السيارات و التي لم تكن مثل ما هو موجودحاليا في صالات العرض لديها. وبذلك أيضا ستفرض فيات امكاناتها الهندسية فوق كرايسلر في بعض المواقع ، والحفاظ على المصانع وافرة القدرة مزدحمة خاصة تلك التي تقدم كل الأجزاء التي يحتاجون إليها لبناء السيارات.

و ستحصل فيات بموجب ذلك التحالف الاستيراتيجي علي 35% من كرايسلر و أيضا علي أفضل طريق للسيارات الإيطالية لإعادة الدخول للسوق الأمريكي، كما سيتيح ذلك لكرايسلر دخلو سوق السيارات الصغيرة الجيدة و التي تفتقده كرايسلر بشدة.

فيات اصطادت كرايسلر و هي بتغرق بس يا خوفي زي ما احمد باشا انور قال يكون اتلم المتعوس علي خايب الرجا لان فيات كمان كانت طالبه major partner و بيجو دخلت مع فيات او لسه هتدخل متابعتش الموضوع يعني يا خوفي الاتنين يكونوا مفلسين و مش قادرين علي عمل موديلات جديدة من النوع اللي فيات بتفتقده و النوع اللي كرايسلر بتفتقده و الشراكة تفشل....

مش عارف ليه فيات بتجري ورا موضوع الشراكه الامريكاني ... زي ما يكون هو ده اللي حيدخلهم السوق الامريكي
ما هي فيات فضلت مع جي ام كام سنه و لسه فاكين قريب ... عملت ايه في امريكا ... و لا حاجه
وفيراري و الفا و مازيراتي مش محتاجين كرايسلر
بصراحه انا شايف ان مجموعه قيات افضل 100 مره من كرايسلر اللي عامله زي العيل الصغير اللي كل شويه على حجر حد
يا خوفي بدل ما فيات تشد كرايسلر لفوق ... كرايسلر تشد فيات لتحت
