القليوبية عن أن مصدر المياه الخاصة بالتشغيل التجريبي لمشروع مياه الشرب بالقرية كان مصرف الصرف الصحي. وفشل مسئولو الجهاز التنفيذي لمشروعات المياه والصرف الصحي ومقاول الباطن بالقليوبية في الإجابة عن سؤالين للوحدة المحلية أولهما: من أين جاء المقاول بالمياه في أثناء التجريب, حيث إنه ثابت رسميا أن التجارب بدأت يوم الخامس من مايو الماضي, في حين أن الخزان بالقرية لم يعمل سوي يوم العاشر من مايو. وثانيهما: عن كمية المياه اللازمة للتجريب, حيث يحتاج المقاول إلي1500 لتر مكعب لضخها في المواسير, أي250 سيارة فنطاس, وهو ما لم يشاهده سكان القرية. كما اكتشفت اللجنة المشكلة من قبل النيابة العامة خلال إجراء المناظير الكهربائية علي الشبكات الداخلية وجود آثار للصرف الصحي وكميات من الزلط داخل المواسير برغم غسل الشبكات أكثر من مرة, فضلا عن عدم إتباع المقاول الأصول الفنية في عمليات الردم.<o:p></o:p> واضح إن كل واحد أخد الموضوع بشكل شخصى
لكن أنا شايف إنهم محملين الحكاية أكتر مما تستحق الدكتور بلوبلان كان عايز يطرى القاعدة و يهدى اللعب مش مستاهلة إن كل واحد يزعل و الكلام لا يقصده إطلاقا و خاصة الأخ شرقاوى إللى أعتقد إنه ما تابعش الموضوع من أوله و ما يعرفش ملابسات النقاشات إللى حصلت اليومين اللى فاتوا و إفتكر إن الكلام عليه رغم إنه بعيد تماما عن الموضوع ، إلا بقى لو إنه كان بيعمل الموضوع بتاعة و هو حاسس (أو قاصد) إنه هيثير فتنة ..... فده يبقى موضوع تانى ... |
