* M&M will set up a utility vehicle assembly plant in Brazil in tie-up with local partner, Bramont. M&M’s Brazil lant will be commissioned by November. Initially, 5,000 completely knocked-down kits (CKDs) of Scorpios will be assembled at the facility, which will be scaled up to 10,000 a year. An investment of $10 million will be made by the local partner as part of phase I, while M&M will provide the necessary technical support. Bramont will distribute the scorpios through a chain of 30 dealers appointed in the first year of its operations. The Brazilian facility will take care of distribution and sales in the MERCOSUR region comprising countries such as Uruguay, Paraguay, Argentina and Brazil. * In Egypt, M&M will assemble Scorpios under the CKD operation with local partner Bavarian Motors.The operations are likely to commence by the end of the current fiscal. 8 –الشركة المصرية الألمانية للسيارات اجا EGA http://i76.servimg.com/u/f76/12/16/08/52/merced12.jpg http://i76.servimg.com/u/f76/12/16/08/52/merced13.jpg http://i76.servimg.com/u/f76/12/16/08/52/merced17.jpg المصنع ينتج بعض قطع الغيار للتصدير لالمانيا بدء المصنع عام 2006 في إنتاج السيارة S500 كما تم البدء في تصدير الطرازات المحلية من المرسيدس إلى الدول المجاورة وبالفعل تم التصدير للسعودية موديل 2007 من الطرازات المنتجة محليا وطاقة الانتاج للمصنع لا تتجاوز 5000 سيارة إلا أن الانتاج الفعلى ربما لا يتجاوز 2500 سيارة خاصة انها انواع فاخرة لا يقبل عليها سوى الشريحة العليا من المجتمع بالإضافة إلى وجود مصنع البى ام المنافس له الذي يقتسم معه السوق بنسبه كبيرة مع الطرازات الفاخرة الاخرى وسبق للمصنع منذ عدة سنوات التصدير للصين بكميات بسيطة Production 2004 1 789 Production 2005 1950 Brands and models Mercedespassengercars,C-180,E-200,E-240,S350,S-500 عدد العمالة الفنية بالمصنع 400 ومن المنتظر أن يدخل في مصر مصنع جاجورا للمنافسة في تلك الشرائح خاصة انه من ضمن ثلاث مصانع أبدت رغبتها في ضخ استثمارات تقدر بمليار دولار ( جاجور و لاند روفر ونيسان ) وألازمه العالمية ربما تكون اثر جيد على صناعه السيارات المصرية حيث تتجه بريطانيا لإنتاج سيارتها في مصر لانخفاض تكلفه الايدى العاملة وعوامل الإنتاج من خامات وخاصة مع بدء تزايد شركات إنتاج قطع الغيار المختلفة والتي تكلفتها ستؤدى إلى خفيض إنتاج السيارات في مصر |
