انا قرأت الموضوع ده من اوله لاخره و قريت كلمة فشل اكتر من خمسمائة مره! اصابتني بالاكتئاب لانه للاسف كاتب المقالة موضوعي و ليس مفرط التشاؤم! الموضوع مكتوب من 2008 لان فعلا شركة النصر افلست و اغلقت ابوابها! و ارجو حسن استغلال رفاتها ( بنيتها التحتية و هيكلها المادي) في خروج كيان صناعي جديد عملاق يعيد لصناعة السيارات المصرية مجدها كطائر العنقاء اذا ما اصابته الشيخوخه احترق و خرج من رماده طائر جديد في كامل شبابه و قوته!

"غبور" يتقدم لشراء شركة "نصر" للسيارات

السيارة 128 أشهر منتجات شركة "نصر"
أكد طارق أبوالعلا مستشار لجنة الخصخصة بالشركة القابضة للصناعات المعدنية، أن عملية طرح شركة "نصر" للسيارات للبيع ستتم أوائل يوليو القادم ، مشيرا إلى أنه تم الانتهاء من جميع الإجراءات الخاصة بالطرح، فيما عدا بعض الشروط التي تحتاج إلى بعض الوقت لدراستها بشكل جيد.

وقال أبوالعلا لصحيفة "البديل" المستقلة يوم الثلاثاء إن الشركة القابضة ووزارة الاستثمار سوف يدرسان الشروط جيدا لضمان قانونية البيع ، مشيراً إلى أن عملية الطرح تأتي بعد تقييم أصول شركة "نصر" من خلال عدد من المستشارين في لجنة الخصخصة الموجودة في الشركة القابضة للصناعات المعدنية.

وأكد مصدر في الشركة ، رفض ذكر اسمه، أن العاملين بالشركة وأعضاء اللجنة النقابية يعقدون اجتماعات مستمرة لمناقشة وقف عملية البيع، مشيراً إلى أن مجلس إدارة شركة "نصر" للسيارات يعترض علي عملية البيع بشكل قاطع.

وأشار المصدر ذاته إلى أن بعض المستثمرين أبدوا رغبة في شراء شركة النصر للسيارات منهم شركة "غبور"، وأوضح أن التأكد من جدية الطلب لا يتم إلا بعد الإعلان عن الطرح وسحب كراسات الشروط.

وتعاني شركة "نصر" للسيارات من مشاكل هيكلية، استلزمت من الشركة القابضة للصناعات المعدنية تقسيم الشركة عام 2002 إلى 4 شركات، الأولى تختص بنشاط الأتوبيس، والثانية هي الشركة الأم، وشركتان للصيانة والنقل بمحافظتي القاهرة والإسكندرية.

يذكر أن عملية الفصل جاءت مع تضخم مديونية الشركة إلى 503 ملايين جنيه ويبلغ رأس المال المدفوع للشركة 90 مليون جنيه، مقسمة على 9 ملايين سهم، ويبلغ عدد العاملين بها نحو 3593 عاملاً.

وتأسست شركة "نصر" لصناعة السيارات بوادي حوف في حلوان عام 1960 قبل أن تتحول إلى محافظة مؤخرا ،وهي أول شركة لصناعة السيارات في الشرق الأوسط ، و كانت الحكومة قد أسستها لتجميع السيارات في البداية ثم صناعة أول سيارة مصرية خالصة إلا أن ذلك لم يحدث حتى الان.

وقد عملت الشركة على تجميع سيارات "فيات" في مصانعها و حازت على ثقة المصريين و كانت و مازالت أكثر السيارات في المبيعات في السوق المصرية نظرا لأن السيارات المجمعة في شركة "نصر" لا تقل عن مثيلاتها في "فيات".

كما استمرت الشركة في تصنيع سيارات "فيات" التي انتهى إنتاجها في إيطاليا و مازالت إلى الآن تنتج السيارة 128 (أنتجتها فيات عام 1969) بتعاون مع شركة "يوجو" اليوغوسلافية.

وتنتج شركة "نصر" أيضا السيارة "نصر شاهين" و هى موديل تركي معدل من السيارة فيات 131 ، و كذلك "فلوريدا" بالتعاون مع "يوجو".

وتفكر شركة بروتون الماليزية في إقامة خط انتاج لسياراتها في مصر لدخول السوق الافريقى والعربي بشكل جيد حيث تمت عدة زيارات من الشركة الماليزية لمصر لدراسة السوق ومدى جدوى الإنتاج للسوق المحلى والتصدير والتفاوض الأخير لإنتاج سيارتها في النصر للسيارات سجل لبروتون وجود قوى في السوق المصري ولسياراتها الاخرى التجارية .

وكذلك شركة تاتا التي أيضا تدرس دخول السوق والافريقى عن طريق إقامة خطوط إنتاج محلية في مصر



وكذلك ما أعلن عن أن نيسان ولاند روفر وجاجور ستضخ مليار دولا في صناعة السيارات عن طريق إقامة خطوط إنتاج لها بمصر ( أكتوبر 2008)

وقد أعلنت شركة خودرو لصناعة السيارات الإيرانية في بداية 2007 أنها ستقيم مصنع و خطوط إنتاج لسياراتها سمند وبارس حيث أظهرت دارسة الجدوى أن السوق المصري قد يستوعب حتى 42000 سيارة من طراز سمند وذلك بعد مفاوضات استمرت 3 سنوات

Samand Soren sedan, an advanced product of Iran's major auto producer, Iran Khodro (IKCO) is to hit the market in the next Iranian caLendar year (starting March 21, 2008).

Samand gets a new facelift under the name of Soren. The car is equipped with the world's latest technologies in the field including an electronic warning system, air bag and a host of other safety features, advanced safety belts with pretensioner devices and telescopic steering wheels. The safety equipments installed in Samand Soren are expected to reduce lethal collision injuries by up to 25 percent.

Global Positioning System (GPS), multimedia system, front seat air bag, full automatic seats, automatic transmission and automatic ventilation are among some of the optional systems that could be used in the car.

By the end of this year, Iran Khodro is expected to produce 250 units of the passenger car in its pilot production stage and some 12,000 in the next year for domestic markets. However, the company announced it is planning to export 10,000 units in the coming year.

The sedan aLso enjoys European ECE94 safety (crash) standard.

The string of interesting and offbeat Volkswagens from the firm's Brazilian division is enough to fill a coffee-table book. The SP2, for example, is one of the prettiest variations ever laid atop Type III mechanicals, one that many die-hard Volks-fans in the United States have never heard of. The rest of the world probably knows better what VW do Brasil has wrought; forty-something years of cars we'd dearly love to roll here in The States, but which never came north. Eventually, a Brazilian VeeDub did head for os Estados Unidos.

Instead of Brasilias or Karmann Ghia TCs, we got the Fox. Known in Brazil as the Gol, which rode on its own BX platform, itself a derivate of the B1 platform that underpinned other VW and Audi products. Our Foxes were all sedans or wagons, but a recent troll of old car ads on Flickr turned up this masterpiece. Look carefully - we always thought the Fox transaxle looked a lot like the naughty bits of a Beetle. And there it is, a doghouse-shrouded 1300cc bit of air-cooled muscle mounted in the FRONT. Hot diggety, this thing has it all, 3-door hatch bodywork, a flat-four, and no pesky coolant to boil over in tropical climes. The closest you can come to something like this now is an Impreza hatch, which is an exponentially better car. That doesn't stop us from thinking about bolting that spare 1600DP into a Polo-Edition Fox and warping everyone's minds at the next Spring Dust-Off.

They were produced by Volkswagen in Brazil, and is a design unique to Latin America. It is produced as a hatchback, but there is also a station wagon version, known as the Parati in Brazil and the Gol Country in Argentina. The Gol, which takes its name from the Portuguese word for 'goal', is not to be confused with the VW Golf.

The Gol is also sold in Mexico as the Volkswagen Pointer, a name previously used in Brazil and Argentina for a model based on the Ford Escort.

The sedan and wagon versions were sold in the US and Canada as the Volkswagen Fox in the mid-1980s.

Starting in late June 2000, the VW Gol in Brazil had a really cool new engine option...a 1.0L 16v turbo!
