This is not a toyota Camry, this is a Toyota Venza.
This car was designed and made especially for the North American Market not for any other market. It is just a Crossover SUV wearing the clothing of a Station Wagon. It is designed on the same platform of the already known Camry, in other words, it has the same engine choices same chassis, same suspension and the same unibody structure, with few upgrades and tweaks.

It is to be noted that the Toyota Highlander crossover SUV has the same platform.

So, when they made the Venza, they thought about a car that is higher than a Camry, and lower than the Highlander. It has the same ride and handling of a sedan and the same versatility, utility and practicality of the SUV.

after test driving it, it does handle like a car, and it has a ton of amenities as well as large passengers room and cargo room.

So shame, that there are no planes for selling it in any other markets right now. If they did sell it in other markets they will hurt their Highlander sales.

so, they will stick with the fact that it sells very well in the North American Market.
