Executive Secretary
Urgently Executive secretary required for the Chairman of a reputable firm Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities • set up and maintain filing systems • prepare and manage reports and documents • organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements • arrange and confirm appointments • organize internal and external events • handle incoming mail and other material • communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information • coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally • operate office equipment Education and Experience • relevant training or qualification • knowledge and experience of relevant software applications • MS Word, MS Excel and Power point are a must • knowledge of Accounting ,business principles and business administration (optional) • fluent in both Arabic and English The Company located at Mokattam Kindly apply you CV to the following email mention the job title at the subject line mahmoud_abdelhafez@kahrab a.com.eg : |
